Kailash Vairagi is a certified NLP Practitioner, Relationship Healing Coach, and co-founder of Master Your Mind alongside his wife, Pooja Vaishnav. Their mission is simple yet powerful: to help individuals heal broken relationships and build meaningful connections by combining modern psychology with timeless Indian wisdom.

Kailash's journey began in 2013 as a technician at a Volkswagen dealership. Over time, he worked his way up to become a product specialist in the mining industry. However, beneath the surface of his technical career, he was always drawn to understanding people — their emotions, behaviors, and the unseen patterns that shape their lives.

After transforming his own mindset and relationships through NLP, meditation, and deep inner work, Kailash realized that this knowledge could help others break toxic patterns, rebuild trust, and find peace. This realization led to the birth of Master Your Mind — not just as a brand but as a movement co-created with Pooja, who brings her own powerful perspective in holistic wellness and emotional healing.

Today, Kailash and Pooja coach individuals and couples, helping them rewire their thinking, reconnect with themselves, and create thriving relationships.
